As for the reasons behind her tremendous success, Susan explained, “As soon as I bought the store, I got involved in the community. I wanted the reputation for being reputable and honest. We stand behind what we do. I know so many of our customers personally, and then to take it to the next level of helping people with Financing when repairs aren’t affordable. It makes me feel good to be able to offer something like this to customers.”
